Danny and I have been married 35 years June 2009. We spent most of our married life living in Mt. Olive. We have two beautiful grown daughters and one beautiful grand-daughter. Danny still has his mother, two brothers, eight nieces and nephews and too many great-nieces and nephews to keep count of! I still have my parents and have one one brother. He and his wife have two children - one daughter & one son.
Not long after we moved to the coast, Danny started getting an urge to ride a motorcycle again. He was riding when we first met. From that point on we were always on his bike. That is until our first daughter was born. After the girls were born, I just never had the time to ride with him any longer. He finally got bored and stopped riding. We both enjoyed the freedom that the bike seemed to give us. His urge to get back to riding 8 years ago lead to me getting my own bike...his idea! And I am so glad now that he had that idea! LOL It has almost been 7 years now that I have been riding...and loving every mile of it!
The photo here is us at the opening of the Biloxi - Ocean Springs Bridge on November 1, 2007 after hurricane Katrina demolished the other bridge August 29, 2005. Bikers were among the few that got to ride the bridge first...what a thrill! There was a line of bikers riding two abreast for a coulpe of miles. Since then, we have made many road trips and rides.
